For data analysts

AI job search for data analysts, matched on SQL and BI skills

Hirabo is a free AI job search for data analysts, with no account and no credit card. It finds analyst roles, ranks each one against your resume, and shows which tools a posting asks for that you haven't named, from SQL and Tableau to Power BI, dbt and Snowflake. Add the ones you know, and it fills the application for you to submit.

Why it's hard

How AI job search for data analysts saves you hours

Two jobs called Data Analyst can want completely different stacks. One lives in SQL and Looker, the next in Python and experiments. Reading every posting closely to find out takes your whole evening.

Analyst roles in one search

Search company boards at data-heavy employers such as Databricks, Datadog, MongoDB, Ramp and PostHog, plus remote job boards, and add your own targets.

See the fit before you apply

Every job gets a match score with reasons, so you can tell whether an Analytics Engineer or Data Scientist title is a stretch from your past roles.

Close tool gaps honestly

Tick the missing tools you have really used, or type in your own. They are added to that job's resume version only.

Write to the analytics lead

Find the recruiter and the Analytics Manager or Head of Analytics from public pages, with a short email drafted for each. Nothing is sent for you.

Applications filled in

Work authorization, sponsorship, salary expectation and start date come from your profile. Personal questions stay blank for you.

Skills check

See every tool a posting asks for

Analyst postings are screened on tools. Hirabo lists the ones a job names, shows which your resume already covers, and lets you add the rest that are true for you. Every change sits next to your original wording.

  • SQL, warehouse, BI and analysis tools picked out for you
  • Missing keywords added only when you tick them
  • Your own keyword when a posting stresses something it didn't suggest
The keyword optimizer: the terms a posting asks for, which ones your resume already has, and the missing ones to confirm

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it recognise Power BI and Tableau as skills?

Yes. Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Google Analytics are recognised as skills, along with SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt and A/B testing. You see which ones each posting asks for and which your resume already shows.

Will it add SQL to my resume if a posting asks for it?

Only if you tick it. Missing keywords come back as suggestions. The ones you confirm are added to the skills section of that job's resume version, and nothing else is changed to claim them.

Should I list R on my resume?

Yes, if you use it, but write it so it can be found, such as "R (statistical programming)" or next to the packages you use. In Hirabo you can type R into the keyword list yourself when a posting asks for it.

Who will it suggest I email about an analyst role?

The recruiter, and an Analytics Manager or Head of Analytics. For analytics engineer or data engineer roles it looks for a Data Engineering Manager or Head of Data. It drafts the emails and never sends them.
