What gets filled on each platform
Some forms open straight away. Others want an account first. Here is what to expect on each.
| Platform or site | What Hirabo does | What is left for you |
|---|---|---|
| Greenhouse | Fills the form from your resume and profile. | Written answers to review, personal questions and Submit. If the board shows a CAPTCHA, you send it yourself with every answer ready. |
| Lever | Fills your details, location, links and yes or no questions. | The same. Many Lever boards use a CAPTCHA, so you often send it yourself. |
| Ashby | Fills the form, including its Yes or No buttons. | Personal questions, consent boxes, written answers to review and Submit. |
| Workday | Stops when Workday asks you to sign in or make an account, which is usual. | The Workday form, with your tailored resume and cover letter ready to paste. |
| Other company career sites | Follows the Apply button and fills each page of the form. | Any sign-in, plus the usual review and Submit. |
| Job boards such as Remotive and Jobicy | Follows the listing to the employer's own form. | Whatever that form needs. |
| LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter | Doesn't apply there, because their terms forbid automated applications. | Apply yourself, or use the employer's own posting. |

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which job sites does Hirabo fill best?
Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. It goes straight to their application forms. On other company career sites it follows the Apply button and fills what it finds, page by page.
Does it send applications in bulk?
No. It fills one application at a time and shows you everything it entered. Nothing is sent until you press Submit.
Why won't it apply on LinkedIn or Indeed?
Their terms forbid automated applications, and they need you signed in. When a listing there links to the employer's own application, Hirabo uses that link instead.
